What People Are Saying about Grille No. 43 Our chef, who simply goes by Khammay, brings with him 30 years of restaurant experience. He has worked for some of the best and well known eateries. Most recently he has worked for Karma, in Mundelein, and Irea 60 in Vernon Hills. He is probably most well known for his time being the Sous Chef at La France.
